Owlevia is owned and operated by the website owner ("we", "us", "our").

Owlevia is a Mandarin vocabulary learning platform. It provides HSK-aligned reading passages and a spaced repetition system (SRS) to help users build and retain vocabulary. Features include flashcard review, a glossary, and progress tracking tied to a user email.

We collect your email address when you choose to save your progress or join the HSK 2–3 waitlist. Cookie and local storage data are used to maintain your session and study state between visits. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use Owlevia for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse, attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform or its services.

All content on Owlevia — including reading passages, vocabulary data, interface design, and software — is the property of Owlevia. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Owlevia is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Your use of Owlevia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of Owlevia after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
